Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise kitchen staff and assign tasks. Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards. Manage pickup orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. Oversee store management including stock monitoring, inventory control, and ordering supplies. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations. Train and guide new kitchen staff as required. Requirements: Experience in kitchen or food service operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory control, store management, and food safety standards.
