Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

Keyah Hospitality is looking to hire candidates residing in Noida, with 1-4 years plus years of experience of Commercial Kitchen/Cloud Kitchen Manager to help in smooth functioning of kitchen. We are serving meals in limited major corporations so need a very specialised and experienced person only who is looking for a long term association.

Job Responsibility include But not limited to:

• Align Procurement as per the centralised process
• Supervise Key Accounts and adhere to SOPs
• Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
• Recruit and train kitchen employees in designated stations.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
• Work with the Key Accounts to price and change menu items.
• Schedule work shifts for employees.
• Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised.
• Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports.

What We are looking for in a prospective Candidate. He should be:

• Residing in Noida preferably
• 2-4+ years of Kitchen Operations
• Good Communication Skills

• Leadership Skills
• Developing Budgets

Candidate should be having Bike for daily commute and have to bring in his own laptop.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
