KInaxis

• Lead Kinaxis architecture, design, and solutioning for large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate them into Kinaxis configurations and models.
• Design and optimize data models, planning parameters, workflows, and integration frameworks within the Kinaxis platform.
• Drive system configuration, scenario modeling, demand/supply planning setup, and plan optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP/Supply Chain systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Kinaxis implementation, governance, and performance improvement.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and technical design reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants during implementation and support phases.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and user enablement activities.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including 6+ years working specifically on Kinaxis solutions.
• Strong expertise in Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, integration, and planning logic.
• Hands-on experience with modules such as:
• Demand Planning
• Supply & Inventory Planning
• S&OP
• Control Tower
• Data Integration
