Kinaxis SIOP Solution Analyst

As a Kinaxis SIOP Solution Analyst in the Digital Supply Chain & ERP Integration team based in Bangalore, India, with a work from office setup, you will play a crucial role in the following areas: Role Overview: You will be a seasoned Software Engineering professional, conducting moderately complex tests and debugging control and diagnostic systems independently. Your responsibilities will include conducting multidisciplinary research, analyzing system capabilities, and determining end user needs. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and understand supply chain requirements and map different End-to-End SIOP Processes. - Translate functional requirements to IT Partners and IT SMEs with a hands-on mindset focused on SIOP Solution Blueprint. - Support the integration of digital tools with ERP and other business systems. - Bridge the gap between business requirements and digital product capabilities. - Develop training on systems for relevant end users. Qualifications Required: - Adequate English proficiency for global team communications. - Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand planning, and forecasting processes. - Experience with SIOP / S&OP with OEM. - Proficient in using Kinaxis SIOP tool. - Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies. - Exposure to working in a diverse ERP Environment. - Experience in product innovation, delivery, or related field. - Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Additional Company Details: - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in digital projects related to supply chain. - 1+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Experience in implementing digital products using Agile methodologies. - Desired: 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.,
