Designation- Business Development Executive

Job Location – Bhubaneswar & Bangalore

Employment Type – Full Time

Shift Time – 8:30PM to 5:30AM IST & 7:30 pm - 4:30am IST

It is a professional responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for a company. They typically work to expand the organization's customer base, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, delivering prompt, high-quality advice and support.
  • Generate sales revenue in line with the business targets and strategic plans.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Identify potential leads, engage prospects, and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with prospects effectively, leveraging strong communication and confident negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Track and document client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and improve customer engagement strategies.
