Key Customer Success Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Jeeva Organic Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our organization. Leveraging cutting-edge Software solutions, we support the nutraceutical industry in streamlining their supply chain management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and high-quality advice and support. You will be responsible for generating sales revenue aligned with business targets, nurturing client relationships to promote long-term growth and loyalty, identifying potential leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into successful sales opportunities. Effective coordination with prospects, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals, will be a key aspect of your role. Maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-ups, following up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Tracking and documenting client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and enhance customer engagement strategies will contribute to your success in this role. To excel as a Business Development Executive, you must possess skills in Cold Calling & Email communication, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication abilities, exhibit strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills, and be proactive in approaching challenges with creativity and a willingness to learn. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required to be eligible for this position.
