clients, ensuring their rental needs are consistently met with professionalism and
efficiency.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with corporate and individual clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, or complaints and
ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions.
Implement strategies to improve client engagement, retention, and satisfaction across all assigned accounts.
• Business Reviews: Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and
satisfaction assessments to ensure ongoing alignment with client expectations.
Recommend tailored rental solutions, fleet options, and service packages based on the clients specific needs.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with operations, fleet management, and customer
service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collect and analyze client feedback to recommend improvements to services, processes, and products.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and service history using CRM tools.
