Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow our existing
retail partnerships. The role requires a proactive leader who will act as the single point of contact for sales
and operations, ensuring strong relationships and optimal in-store product visibility and compliance. The
ideal candidate is both relationship-focused and data-savvy, with strong analytical and team management
skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Wakefit and key retail partners.
Drive sales and operational excellence within each partner account.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct regular partner store visits to ensure product visibility, pricing, display, and stock
compliance.
Coordinate with merchandising teams and partner staff to implement brand guidelines.
Lead and guide the field sales/promoter team within the partner network.
Set targets, review performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Place and track orders using special sales and inventory tools/platforms.
Coordinate demand planning with the supply chain and operations teams.
Carry out monthly and quarterly sales and payout reconciliation with partner accounts.
Resolve discrepancies and maintain transparency in commercial settlements.
Work closely with finance and accounts teams to align on receivables and claims.
Use CRM and SQL queries to extract actionable insights.
Create and maintain dashboards for sales performance, stock movement, and key
metrics.
Analyze trends to inform business strategy and improve partner performance.
