Role Overview As a Logistics and Embellishment Operations Manager, you will lead, oversee, and direct the logistics and embellishment operations to ensure the delivery of top-notch services and utmost customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring profitable and cost-efficient operations while upholding compliance with company policies, ISO standards, GDP regulations, and other relevant guidelines. You will be tasked with managing documentation for Quality Assurance activities, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), change control, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and other associated processes. Your role will involve preparing, monitoring, and implementing SOPs and related formats, overseeing complaints, deviations, change control, and CAPA processes, ensuring timely closure of CAPAs, change control, and deviations, monitoring equipment and area qualifications such as temperature mapping, and managing site functions like pest control, preventive maintenance, and cleaning efficiently. Additionally, you will ensure the organization's adherence to client standards, quality agreements, and regulatory norms, support internal and external audits, and facilitate the development and maintenance of quality systems with clients and operations to ensure compliance with approved SOPs and regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP, etc.). Your objective will be to enhance profitability by delivering exceptional customer service, clear and prompt communication, and proactive resolution of all pending customer issues. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have: - Extensive experience in a similar capacity handling large-scale logistics operations, particularly in the Automobile sector - A minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing - Mandatory experience in Automobile, CBU (Completely Built Unit/Car), and spare parts logistics - Proficiency in Exim knowledge (Export/Import operations) - Car driving skills If this opportunity resonates with you, seize it now and APPLY!
