Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop Business in West Region, Tata, Bajaj, Mahindra, John Deere, Cummins Identify and screen customers/ Products and Competition: Tata and Bajaj Interact closely with Engineering and Application Support team on understand new programs and technologies. Propose value proposition to customers and manage product positioning. Generate RFQ, Quotations and Negotiations. Arrange sample trials and product validation by customers. Meeting customer requirements/ managing programs. Secure and stabilize business. Build strong relationship at all levels with customer. Supervise order execution and meeting of customer delivery expectations. Supervise payments. Preferred candidate profile Qualified Engineer (Mech), MBA Marketing/ Business preferred. Approx. 10 years experience in the sales of Mechanical parts/components in West Zone OEMs specifically Bajaj and Tata Motors Worked with OEM-Tier 1 background with exposure and experience in introducing new products and securing new customers. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech + MBA Experience: 10-15 years Any additional requirement: Specify Candidates current Designation for search & right fitment: OEM Sales KAM Preferred Industry Type: Tier 1 Auto component supplier
