Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for routine, Preventive and predictive maintenance of Forging machines, Heat treatment furnaces , Power distribution system , Tool room equipments etc. Responsible for checking and maintaining records of Break-down maint, PM check sheets, why analysis of major breakdowns. Should have knowledge of PLC / SCADA / HMIs and different types of instruments. Responsible for meeting the targets mentioned in KRAs, keeping inventory of spares, cost and break-down reductions in above areas. Responsible for safety of personnel working under him and to maintain good culture and working environment in the team. Achieve Departmental Objectives as per Organisational Goals of the plant for the year. Drive the improvement activities in the section for Achieving KPI targets for: Safety - Eliminate unsafe conditions by shop floor audits daily to ensure zero accident. Productivity- Ensure availability of spares and manpower as per requirement. Breakdown reduction by analysis and action implementation on monthly basis. Quality- Provide new poka-yoke/repair existing poka-yoke as per feedback from production/quality departments, review, and revise maint check points as and when required. Verify work being done as per maint check sheets and all record updated timely. Cost- Spares cost reduction by analysis and action implementation on monthly basis, Developing cost effective solution against major cost items. HD-Human Development by Skill improvement of team members-training as per skill matrix and TNI. Educational Qualification: B. Tech Electrical / Electronics Experience: 10-15 years Any additional requirement: Preferred Industry Type: Automotive Manufacturing
