Role Summary

Assistant Manager – Key Account Management (KAM)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for designated key accounts, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and problem-solving.
  
• Monitor account performance through metrics like TAT, SLA adherence, NPS, and operational KPIs.
  
• Lead issue resolution across delivery operations, tech support, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Ops, Tech, Product, Finance) to ensure service delivery and process optimization.
  
• Drive revenue growth and retention through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within accounts.
  
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients.
  
• Ensure timely reporting, MIS, and documentation for account performance and escalations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or courier industries.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail and responsiveness.
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Hands-on with Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Prior experience in managing logistics performance metrics is a plus.
