Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Assistant Manager – Key Account Management (KAM) to join our team in Gurgaon . This role is crucial in managing strategic clients, driving service excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and growing key accounts within the e-commerce and logistics space. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for designated key accounts, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and problem-solving. Monitor account performance through metrics like TAT, SLA adherence, NPS, and operational KPIs. Lead issue resolution across delivery operations, tech support, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Ops, Tech, Product, Finance) to ensure service delivery and process optimization. Drive revenue growth and retention through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients. Ensure timely reporting, MIS, and documentation for account performance and escalations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or courier industries. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail and responsiveness. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on with Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience in managing logistics performance metrics is a plus.
