Job Description

As a Sales / Key Partnership Manager at Machine Maker, your role involves driving revenue through strategic partnerships and onboarding key accounts across various platforms like print, online, social media, and video. You will be the primary contact for client success, ensuring effective communication, service delivery, and long-term relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and close new business opportunities with manufacturers, service providers, and ecosystem partners. - Pitch and sell Machine Maker's full suite of promotional solutions, including print stories, digital campaigns, social media features, and video promotions. - Develop customized media strategies aligned with customer goals. - Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue. - Track and report growth from each key account. Account Management & Customer Success: - Act as the single point of contact for all client communications. - Coordinate with editorial, design, digital, and video teams for campaign execution. - Provide timely updates to clients on campaign performance. - Ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns. - Conduct quarterly review meetings to reinforce client retention and satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. MBA preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. - Strong understanding of branding, digital media, and content marketing. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. - Goal-driven with a strong relationship-building mindset.
