Key Accounts Manager - Oncology

As a Key Accounts Manager in the field of Oncology in the Indore/Bhopal region, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of the organization. Your role involves engaging with oncology healthcare professionals to provide them with scientific information on approved indications, efficacy, and safety, ensuring appropriate on-label use. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and implement territory-specific strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include successfully completing all mandatory training programs and product certifications, delivering strong sales performance to meet or surpass sales forecasts and budgets, and maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer demographics, and managed care environment in your territory. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science or Pharmacy, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oncology sales. Additionally, experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company and familiarity with the GUGYN (Gynecologic & Urologic Oncology) portfolio would be advantageous. It is crucial to adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements, particularly concerning interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.
