Key Accounts Manager - Oncology

As a Key Accounts Manager in Oncology based in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and exceeding targets in the region. You will be expected to be a high-performing sales professional who not only excels in your own performance but also mentors peers and introduces best practices to ensure strong performance across the territory. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully complete all mandatory training programs and product certifications. - Engage with oncology healthcare professionals to provide scientifically accurate information on approved indications, efficacy, and safety for on-label use. - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement territory-specific strategies and business plans to achieve and surpass sales targets. - Demonstrate strong sales performance and consistently meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets. - Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer demographics, and managed care environment in the territory. - Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements, especially concerning interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution. Qualifications: Essential: - Possess a Bachelor's degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred). - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oncology sales. Desirable: - Previous experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company (MNC). - Currently managing or experienced in the GUGYN (Gynecologic & Urologic Oncology) portfolio.
