Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture assigned key client accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client business needs and propose customized solutions
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure timely service delivery and coordinate with internal teams
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and revenue targets
  • Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and business reviews
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 36 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Client Servicing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in handling enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights to clients
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
