Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage key fashion accounts across marketplaces, quick commerce, and/or offline channels
Drive revenue growth through assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and visibility initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for account partners, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, catalog, finance) to ensure smooth execution
Monitor sales performance, inventory health, and margins; take corrective actions where required
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, seasonal drops, and festive sales
Track competition, market trends, and consumer insights to inform account strategy
Ensure brand guidelines, imagery, and content are consistent across platforms

Key Skills & Requirements

36 years of experience in key accounts or category management within fashion or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and performance dashboards
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with D2C or omnichannel fashion brands is a plus
