Job Description

1) Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 2) Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to key accounts. Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements. 3) Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that service levels and delivery standards are consistently met. Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on account performance and service outcomes to clients and senior management. 4) Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts in a timely and effective manner. Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction. 5) Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the company. Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
