As a Client Manager based in Mumbai, your main role will involve overseeing and enhancing relationships with assigned client accounts. Your key responsibilities will include managing and nurturing client relationships to drive growth and retention, serving as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for clients, leading discussions with C-level executives to comprehend client needs and propose appropriate solutions, and staying updated on industry trends while maintaining product/service knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) along with an MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutions. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT services within the Indian market is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Desired skills for this role include a solid understanding of IT services such as Application Development, IT Operations, and Cloud Solutions, a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and successfully closing complex deals, as well as experience in contract negotiation and navigating the sales process.
