About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, and nurture new B2B leads through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Proactively reach out and fix meetings with HR heads, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Meet clients in-person or virtually to understand their training, coaching, leadership development, team building, or event needs.
  • Recommend customized solutions and work with internal teams to create winning proposals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensure repeat business, and support upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team.
  • Keep up with industry trends to offer fresh, relevant solutions to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
