Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a robust channel partner network in the Gurgaon zone to drive sales effectively. Your main focus will be on channel management, which involves sourcing deals from channel partners for new home sales. This will require you to conduct regular meetings with channel partners and activate new ones in the assigned micro-market. Your role will also involve ensuring the retention and engagement of existing channel partners by offering support and maximizing business opportunities. You will be expected to identify the right channel partners for specific projects and continuously grow the base of engaged partners. Additionally, you will assist in organizing workshops and events for channel partners and address any complaints from activated partners. To qualify for this position, you should have 2 to 5 years of field sales experience with a stable career background. A Bachelor's degree is required, and you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being ready to work in the field with a self-vehicle is mandatory for this role. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
