Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key EPCs, developers, and channel partners in North India. Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for solar inverters and related solutions will be a crucial part of your role. Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue will be essential to drive business growth. You will need to coordinate with internal teams such as technical, logistics, and service to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support. Your duties will include preparing sales forecasts, proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts. It will be important for you to track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs in the region. Representing the company in industry events, exhibitions like REI, and client meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the CRM system with accurate and timely customer data and activity reports. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of experience in the solar inverter industry, with sales experience in the B2B sector being preferred. Experience in key account project management and direct development would be advantageous. You should possess keen market insight, excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability. Strategic thinking regarding key account sales layout and planning will be beneficial in driving success in this position.
