Responsibilities Manage and develop strategic relationships with key EPCs, developers, and channel partners in West India. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for solar inverters and related solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, service) to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support. Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs in the region. Monitor payment collection and support finance team in minimizing outstanding dues. Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions (e.g., REI), and client meetings. Maintain CRM system with accurate and timely customer data and activity reports. Qualifications 5–7 years’ experience in solar inverter, sales experience in the same industry (B2B) is preferred. Experience in key account project management and direct development is preferred. Keen market insight, excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability. Have strategic thinking of key account sales layout and planning. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
