Key Account Sales Manager

As a Key Accounts Manager at our company, your primary role will be to nurture and enhance relationships with plantations, corporates, and large farmer groups. Your main responsibilities will include managing strategic clients, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and playing a crucial role in sales growth. Your key responsibilities will involve building and fostering strong relationships with key accounts to establish enduring partnerships. You will engage with plantations, corporates, and large farmer groups to promote our bio and organic inputs effectively. Understanding the unique requirements of each client and offering customized solutions will be a crucial part of your job. Furthermore, you will be required to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and provide excellent after-sales service. Regular travel to meet clients and identify new business opportunities will be an integral aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Postgraduate degree in Agriculture or an MBA in Agriculture or related fields. While freshers are encouraged to apply, having 1 to a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience would be advantageous. Proficiency in communication and presentation, a willingness to travel frequently, as well as strong negotiation and relationship management skills are essential attributes we are seeking in the ideal candidate.
