Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at IIW Hosting, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Identifying and closing new revenue opportunities within your assigned customer base - Soliciting referrals from existing clients and maintaining strong client relationships - Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue goals - Tracking and maintaining all account activity in our company CRM - Engaging in project management duties and serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Building trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors - Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs - Communicating progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders - Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, as well as identifying growth opportunities within your territory - Collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent; Masters or MBA or equivalent work experience - 3+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the Hosting industry - Effective communication skills with both business and technical contacts - Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop strategies - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs - Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
