As a Key Account Manager for one of Weekday's clients, your main responsibility is to lead a regional team in ensuring successful technology adoption in hospital and home care settings. Your role involves driving client engagement, managing relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying business growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a regional team to implement and support technology adoption in healthcare facilities and home environments. - Drive additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling solutions to partner hospitals. - Analyze hospital workflows and align the product solution accordingly for seamless integration. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for healthcare professionals and patients to ensure effective product usage. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. - Establish and optimize regional processes to enable remote patient monitoring in clinical and home settings. - Address and resolve operational escalations within hospitals in collaboration with field executives. - Identify and create opportunities for brand marketing and increased visibility within healthcare institutions. - Provide regular updates to the management and sales teams regarding product usage and customer feedback. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in healthcare or healthtech sectors. - Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. - Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and customer success. - Willingness to travel extensively, including visits to high-risk clinical environments. - Proven ability to build and manage client relationships effectively. - Prior experience leading and motivating a team.
