Key Account Manager - Thrombis

As a Key Accounts Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies in the assigned market. You will be in charge of driving primary and secondary sales while ensuring the brand's presence in defined markets. Managing the distributor network to achieve sales objectives is a key aspect of your role, ensuring alignment with the financial and ethical goals of the division according to the business strategy. You will have the authority to create a customer management plan, approve credit notes for distributors, recommend distributor appointments and credit limits, as well as plan resource utilization. Your participation in Strategy Execution review meetings will be essential to maintain alignment with the overall objectives. Your role is crucial to the success of the division. In terms of your responsibilities: - Area Business Planning: You will be responsible for planning monthly and quarterly business activities, trade activation, demand generation, and fulfillment. Monitoring actual sales, conducting prescription audits, and maintaining customer lists are key tasks. - Business generation & development: Achieving sales targets, engaging in scientific discussions with doctors and chemists, organizing camps, activations, and merchandising activities are part of your role. You will also facilitate successful new product launches and execute customer management plans. - Brand Management: Ensuring the visibility of Abbott brands in retailers" outlets, attending retail meets, and market blitz activities are essential for brand promotion and sales growth.
