Key Account Manager

As a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be responsible for leading and managing logistics operations across various cities and states. Your primary focus will be on driving cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies while ensuring adherence to SLAs, operational excellence, and timely delivery of KPIs. Additionally, you will oversee team performance, provide training, and ensure the successful implementation of ground-level processes. Collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams will be crucial for seamless execution. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a 3PL environment. Strong team management skills, cross-functional leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing warehouse operations with high throughput are essential. Exposure to system-driven, technology-integrated logistics environments and a willingness to travel regionally are also required.
