Job Title: Key Account Manager – SaaS / B2B (Farming)

We’re looking for a passionate Account Manager to drive customer success and account growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment. If you thrive on building strong client relationships, driving sales through insights, and delivering measurable business impact — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through regular reviews and strategic discussions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling aligned with client goals.
• Analyze data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS/B2B Account Management or Customer Success (Farming role).
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer growth.
• Experience in FMCG/Retail consulting or emerging markets is an advantage.
