Key Account Manager-Ortho

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Tricity region, your role will involve driving prescription-based secondary sales by engaging with Ortho & CP KOL (Key Opinion Leader) doctors and chemists. Your focus will be on establishing strong professional relationships with KOL doctors, ensuring availability and visibility of key brands at chemists and stockists, and generating prescriptions through scientific promotion to doctors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with KOL doctors - Conducting regular visits to chemists and stockists - Promoting assigned brands scientifically to generate prescriptions - Enrolling doctors in medical/educational/marketing activities - Monitoring competitor activities and sharing insights with management - Expanding the prescriber base by identifying and onboarding new doctors - Implementing innovative field strategies for improved reach and penetration To excel in this role, you should have: - A graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy (preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably in a KAM or equivalent role - Good knowledge of the Tricity healthcare ecosystem and strong connections with leading Ortho and CP Segment doctors - Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
