Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Key Account role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region at Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd. The Key Account role involves managing and building relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and account handling
• Knowledge of IT security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise mobility
• Ability to understand and address client requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the IT services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
