Job Description

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential B2B clients (companies, HR teams, etc.)
  • Set up and attend intro meetings with decision-makers
  • Present Mykare’s services and close partnership deals
  • Help onboard the new partner and their employees to the platform
  • Be the main point of contact for all partner companies
  • Build strong relationships with HR/admin teams
  • Work closely with our internal teams (tech, operations, support) to deliver great service
  • Monitor client engagement and gather feedback for improvements
  • Make sure partners are happy, active, and stay with us long term

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in

    account management

    ,

    business development

    , or

    partnerships

    (experience in healthcare or B2B services is a plus)
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and relationship skills are also encouraged to apply

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude focused on client success
  • Comfortable working with different teams and keeping everyone on the same page
