KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a dynamic and result-oriented individual, you will play a crucial role in our team by taking over key accounts from the business development team. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with customers, business development, and operation teams to ensure the best service and support, with the goal of achieving customer delight. - Defining KPIs for customers and tracking them to enhance repeat sales. - Ensuring subscription revenue targets and client retention. - Increasing repeat orders from an account. - Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. - Dealing with Contractors, Builders, Corporates, and Institutions. - Assisting in the execution of Go-To-Market plans and sales operations. - Building and maintaining relationships with partners & key decision makers. - Demonstrating a passion for creating value for customers. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - A go-getter with a passion for technical sales. - A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in B2B selling of electrical and IoT-based automation solutions/products. - Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and able to independently manage clients. Qualifications required for this position: - MBA or Bachelor's degree in an electrical or software-related discipline or equivalent experience. - Experience of 1-3 years in B2B as Key Account Manager in the IoT/SaaS domain.
