Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager - HoReCa, your primary responsibility will be to identify key corporates, institutional clients, SMEs, and large companies across industries. You will engage with them to understand their needs and propose innovative products tailored to their gifting and institutional requirements. It will involve conceptualizing ideas and presenting them effectively to buyers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify prospective corporate clients and generate business from new accounts, focusing on developing them for profitability. - Meet with clients daily in various departments such as Marketing, Procurement, HR, and Admin to understand their requirements. - Acquire new clients and follow up on leads to expand the client base. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, customizing product pitches according to their specifications. - Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients and achieve sales budget through new sales acquisition. - Deliver business presentations to senior management teams and map potential sectors for business growth. - Develop new ideas to drive sales growth and maintain a committed partnership-based relationship with clients. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in driving B2B, institutional, and HoReCa sales through strategic business development and account optimization. - Ability to generate leads for HoReCa and establish tie-ups with potential clients. - Strong coordination skills with hotels, restaurants, and cafes for order processing, from initiation to shipment. - Conduct market research and provide competitive intelligence to product development teams. - Create and execute a comprehensive regional plan to increase revenue and market share. - Organize client meet events and participate in trade fairs to enhance business opportunities.,
