Key Responsibilities

• Manage 12 key E-commerce and Q-commerce accounts, ensuring strong revenue growth and account hygiene.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with category teams on partner platforms.
• Track and optimize sales performance, pricing, promotions, and listings.
• Lead execution of joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and new product launches for managed accounts.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with brand and sales goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across E-commerce platforms, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Client Relationship roles.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing large accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client relationships.
