Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager-Agrochemicals located in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for Identifying the accounts, generating the business and maintaining key client accounts in the agrochemical sector. They will engage in day-to-day tasks such as building and sustaining client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customised solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, trend analysis, and reporting on market conditions to senior management.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management skills and experience in building and maintaining key client accounts
• Market Research and Trend Analysis skills to identify and address client needs effectively
• Coordination and Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and ensuring client satisfaction
• Sales Target Achievement skills with an ability to develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience in the agrochemical sector and understanding of market dynamics is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture is mandatory; others no need to apply
• Min 10-15 years of experience working in agrochemicals and Min 5 years in the preferred designation
