As a part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and influencing architects, builders, and project stakeholders in order to achieve product specification and adoption. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a robust sales funnel by tracking project leads from specification to order pipeline. Negotiating project terms, securing product specification approvals, and ensuring on-time delivery of solutions will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Developing trust-based relationships with key clients and positioning our products as preferred solutions will be essential for success in this role. Collaboration across internal teams such as technical, marketing, and logistics will be necessary to align delivery and commercial strategies effectively. It will also be important to monitor competitors and market trends, proactively address client needs, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and present regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and strategic account plans. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders will be key to driving the success of our products in the market.,
