Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.- Answer questions about products or the company- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.- Enter and update customer information in the database.- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required.- Preparing MIS reports as per requirement.
Candidate Specification :
- Bachelor's level education or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Business Studies with 1+ years of experience Tele sales- Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Strong communication & management skills.
