Key Responsibilities : - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product. - Answer questions about products or the company - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. - Enter and update customer information in the database. - Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. - Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. - Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required. - Preparing MIS reports as per requirement. Candidate Specification : - Bachelor's level education or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Business Studies with 1+ years of experience Tele sales - Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Strong communication & management skills.
