Job Responsibilities:Client Account Management & Sales:
1. Generate sales and maintain relationships with key client accounts.
2. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth with existing clients.
3. Expand partnerships with new channels, including Modern Trade, Supermarkets, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce platforms.
4. Ensure timely payment collection from clients in alignment with committed terms.
5. Track product availability weekly across Modern Trade and E-commerce channels to ensure consistent sales.
6. Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate daily updates on the PO tracker.
7. Reconcile accounts periodically with assigned clients for seamless financial management.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
9. Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with key accounts.
10. Conduct store visits to monitor product availability, ensure proper display, and verify accurate pricing in Modern Trade stores.
11. Monitor competitors’ activities, including new product launches.
12. Communicate client needs and expectations promptly to the relevant internal stakeholders.
13. Track client forecasts and align them with actual Purchase Orders to avoid discrepancies.
14. Work closely with staff across departments to ensure consistent service delivery to all accounts.
15. Collaborate with the factory team to monitor product dispatches and delivery timelines.
Digital Marketing Coordination:
1. Collaborate with designers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional material.
2. Manage and organize digital assets, including product photos, design files, videos, and other promotional resources. Timely sharing the required digital assets with vendors and internal team members and channel partners.
Required Skills:
1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
3. Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
4. PowerPoint: Ability to create effective presentations.
5. Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering impactful presentations.
6. Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutual benefits.
Qualifications:
· - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
· - Preferred: MBA in Marketing or Sales.
