Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) / Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage key client relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, and act as the bridge between customers and internal teams. This role is critical for client retention, revenue growth, and smooth coordination across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts. Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions. Coordinate with internal operations, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly. Monitor service quality and prepare MIS/reports on client performance and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell logistics services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction. Regularly meet clients to review performance and discuss improvement areas. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements Graduate / MBA (preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management). 1–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / CRM, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Analytical mindset with experience in preparing MIS/reports.
