Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts , and driving sales growth . You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue resolution. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product and service offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar client-facing or sales role, preferably in tech or SaaS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
