  • Job Type: Full-time (Non-Tech)
  • Experience Required: 7–10 years
  • Notice Period: 30–60 days
  • Expected CTC: 25–30 LPA (as per industry standards)
  • Shift Timings: Monday to Friday

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in the payment processing industry, ideally from companies like M2P, FSS Global, FIS, YSE, Euronet, etc.
  • Experience in Issuance (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, etc.).
  • Proven experience in Hunting and Farming.
  • Strong experience in selling products to Banks or BFSI clients.

Academic Qualifications

  • Graduate (any discipline)

Key Responsibilities / Performance Indicators

  • Hunt and close Fintech, Banks, and BFSI accounts for the Prepaid and Debit Card issuance business or any other payment products of Paycraft.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts in the payment processing domain.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, system demos, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailor-made solutions as per client requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous performance evaluation and service optimization.
  • Meet and exceed targets related to revenue growth, collections, and account management.
  • Travel regularly to client locations for engagement and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective counter-strategies.
