Freelance Data Entry Operators

to assist with job application processing. You will be provided with leads of candidates who have shown interest in a specific job. Your role is to reach out to these candidates (via call, WhatsApp, or email), encourage them to complete their application, or collect the required details and fill out the application form on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact provided leads of interested job candidates promptly.
• Encourage and guide candidates to complete their application form.
• Collect relevant information if a candidate is unable to fill the form themselves.
• Accurately enter candidate details into the given form.
• Ensure entries are genuine, complete, and compliant – no fake or misleading data.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and/or English).
• Comfortable making calls and handling basic data entry.
• Responsible, honest, and self-motivated.
• Freshers can also apply – training and guidance will be provided.
• Access to a mobile phone and internet connection.
  

Important Notes

• Only valid, verified, and genuine entries will be considered for payout.
• If any fake, bogus, or non-compliant entries are detected, services will be terminated immediately.
• Payouts are calculated basis daily submissions and will be disbursed at the end of each month.

• The payout structure for successful entries is based on the number of entries made, with rates increasing as entry counts grow:
• Entries 1 to 5: ₹7.00 per entry
• Entries 6 to 10: ₹7.50 per entry
• Entries 11 to 20: ₹8.00 per entry
• Entries 21 to 30: ₹8.50 per entry
• Entries 31 to 40: ₹9.00 per entry
• Entries 41 to 49: ₹9.50 per entry
• Entries 50 and above: ₹10.00 per entry
• For example, if 60 entries are made in a day, the payout would be calculated as follows:
• 5 entries at ₹7.00 = ₹35.00
• 5 entries at ₹7.50 = ₹37.50
• 10 entries at ₹8.00 = ₹80.00
• 10 entries at ₹8.50 = ₹85.00
• 10 entries at ₹9.00 = ₹90.00
• 9 entries at ₹9.50 = ₹85.50
• 11 entries at ₹10.00 = ₹110.00
• The total payout for 60 entries would be ₹523.00.
