Job Description

As a Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. You will be accountable for visibility through extensive EDC deployment and sale of the product. It will be your duty to identify and recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market. You should possess strong coaching and mentoring skills, be a quick learner who can apply new ideas effectively. Planning the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE) will be a crucial part of your role. You must be able to communicate plans and targets to the team effectively to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap. Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by the management and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales by the team will be essential tasks for you. Ensuring team members are present in the market regularly where sales and usage occur is also a key responsibility. Having good networking capabilities and being willing to travel extensively throughout the specified area are additional requirements for this role.,
