Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:Greet customers, provide detailed product information, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Sales Target Achievement:Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective sales techniques.
- Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of metals, gemstones, styles, pricing, and care instructions for various jewelry items.
- Inventory & Display Management:Manage stock, assist with inventory control, and maintain organized, attractive, and clean sales floor displays.
- Transaction Processing:Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions and manage sales records.
- Customer Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Issue Resolution:Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Trend Awareness:Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
