Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:Greet customers, provide detailed product information, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Sales Target Achievement:Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective sales techniques.
• Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of metals, gemstones, styles, pricing, and care instructions for various jewelry items.
• Inventory & Display Management:Manage stock, assist with inventory control, and maintain organized, attractive, and clean sales floor displays.
• Transaction Processing:Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions and manage sales records.
• Customer Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Issue Resolution:Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Trend Awareness:Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Essential Skills

• Sales & Persuasion:Ability to sell products, meet targets, and persuade customers without being pushy.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills for interacting with customers.

Typical Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, often in the luxury or jewelry sector.

• Adaptability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with technology, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
