Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering a luxury shopping experience, and maintaining operational excellence at Ria Diamonds experiential store. The role requires strong communication, client relationship management, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive individual and store sales performance; meet and exceed targets.
Deliver personalized, luxury buying experiences aligned with Ria’s ethos.
Engage and convert clients through storytelling and consultation.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Mentor junior sales staff in sales techniques and customer handling.
Ensure store hygiene, visual merchandising, and smooth operations.
Handle billing, packaging, and coordination with backend teams.
Track and report sales performance and customer insights.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Well-groomed and confident with excellent product knowledge.
Proficiency in English and local languages (Tamil, Hindi, Kannada preferred).
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
