Job Summary:

Junior WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:

• Assist in creating and maintaining WordPress websites, including theme customization and plugin management.
• Learn and implement basic troubleshooting for WordPress issues.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
• Update website content and create landing pages using WordPress tools and templates.
  

SEO and Backlink Building:

• Learn and assist in implementing on-page SEO techniques, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and header structures.
• Gain hands-on experience in off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building and outreach.
• Support the team in monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Research competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in creating SEO-friendly content structures and internal linking strategies.
  

Content Management:

• Collaborate with the content team to upload and optimize blog posts and website pages.
• Learn to design basic visuals using tools like Canva to support website and SEO projects.
• Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and SEO goals.
  

Training and Growth:

• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in SEO, backlink building, and advanced WordPress techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in WordPress development and SEO strategies.
• Work closely with senior team members to gain mentorship and guidance.
  

Qualifications:

• Freshers welcome

  ; certifications or basic knowledge of WordPress development is required.
• Basic understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and website management.
• Interest in learning SEO and backlink-building strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Canva is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
